Meet the Green Solutions Team Managing Member, Janet Siderman has over 15 years of operational consulting experience in large and small sized companies. Born and raised in Northern California on five acres, Janet has a deep appreciation for her natural surroundings and knows that one way to truly help businesses is to give them the tools to become environmentally conscious members of the
Janet has an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Management, and a BA in Public Administration from USC. She spent close to 10 years working with Fortune 500 companies as a Business Consultant, developing strong financial, organizational, planning, project management, marketing, and negotiation skills with companies like Deloitte and Touche and Arthur Anderson. Janet then set her focus on real estate, became a certified Eco-Broker, Coldwell Banker Green Real Estate specialist, certified SCORE assessor, and a certified professional for Green Restaurant Association.
After 10 years of living in Malibu and commuting via air or car to various client locations, Janet decided to build a business in the community she calls home. Green Solutions was born from a desire to be more connected to the Los Angeles and Malibu communities where she can share her breadth of skills and experience.

Paul has also completed numerous Public Works Projects for the City of Malibu including; the renovation of irrigation and grounds at the Addison House Museum, Malibu High School baseball fields, Santa Monica High School’s soccer and football fields, new playgrounds related to Webster and Juan Cabrillo Elementary Schools, and more recently Pepperdine University’s faculty housing and children’s play park. Paul also volunteered his time to design, plan and construct the local Malibu Community Center Park at the Point Dume School.
Major landscape projects have received numerous awards including, "Best in All Categories Sweepstakes Award" and "Best Use of Color" by the California Landscape Contractor Association. Paul has served as Vice President of CLCA for many years, and currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Point Dume Community Service District as President. In 2008 his company, Blue Source, obtained the first “Rain Catching” and related permits for “Rain Water Use” in the City of Malibu. His work is leading the way to help keep the oceans clean.
